  • CRM integration and data synchronization
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication support

3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Have the authority to bind your business to these Terms

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Usage and Restrictions

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content through our systems
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
  • Use automated systems to access our Services without permission
  • Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity

5. Call Recording and Data

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Phone calls handled by our AI system may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction
  • You will inform callers that calls may be recorded where legally required
  • Lead and customer data collected through our Services belongs to you, subject to our Privacy Policy

Important: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local telecommunications regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state call recording laws.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our Services:

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

7. Service Level and Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime and reliability:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
  • AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally contain errors

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including software, AI models, designs, and content, are owned by Renura AI or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your business data, customer information, and content you provide through our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Renura AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by callers or leads generated through our Services

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renura AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

  • With 30 days' written notice for any reason
  • Immediately upon material breach by the other party
  • Immediately if required by law or regulatory action

Upon termination, your access to the Services will be discontinued, and we will provide your data export upon request within 30 days.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations between the parties
  • Binding arbitration if negotiations fail, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association

13. Modifications to Terms
